However, other users have reported waiting several hours before having their account verified, which is definitely something to bear in mind.

BetMGM’s mobile app uses a cool color scheme and is hard to fault from a performance standpoint.

However, navigation could be made easier.

Look and feel

The BetMGM mobile app employs a primarily black color scheme, with gold accents, and a clear white font.

This color scheme, though simple, is undeniably effective. The black allows the color from the game thumbnails to pop out, while the gold accent colors add a level of sophistication to the design.

Finally, the bold font makes every word legible, even on smaller devices.

User experience

My experience with BetMGM’s app was, on the whole, positive.

For one, I loved the black and gold color scheme.

Not only did it act as a great contrast for the colorful game thumbnails, but it was also easy to look at during prolonged playing sessions.

The casino app was also faultless from a performance perspective.

I never experienced any drops in framerate, odd glitches, or a crash. The resolution was likewise excellent, across a variety of Android and Apple devices.

My biggest problem with BetMGM’s mobile app is the lack of navigation menus. Granted, you do get a menu that you can use to hop between game categories.

However, no menu allows you to deposit cash, find relevant games, or see your recently used titles.

I’ve become used to these features after testing out competitors like DraftKings Casino and missed them when using BetMGM’s app.

The BetMGM website is essentially a blown-up version of the mobile app and keeps great looks and smooth performance.

However, it also lacks navigational functionality.

Look and feel

The BetMGM website looks virtually identical to the mobile app, employing the same black and gold color scheme as standard. It looks just as good on a bigger screen.

You can also swap the dark theme for a brighter one. Though, in my opinion, this does look a little boring in comparison.

User experience

My user experience with BetMGM’s website was very similar to that of the mobile app.

For instance, I loved the overall aesthetic, which arguably looks even better on a bigger screen, as you get to see all the detail in every game thumbnail.

Performance was likewise smooth and glitch-free. However, I did find that, on occasion, some games did take a little while to load. If you have an older laptop or PC, you may experience this to a greater extent.

And like the mobile app, BetMGM’s website is somewhat let down by its mediocre navigational functionality. If you know what you’re looking for, this honestly isn’t an issue.

However, when you are in need of a little inspiration, the lack of menus can become frustrating.

There are hundreds of slots to choose from, over 120 table games, and a great live casino.

The 24/7 Live chat was particularly good. No matter what time I tried it, I was connected to an agent within a matter of moments.
