Overall, I give bet365 a rating of 4.4 stars based on an average of 80.1% and an overall score of 72.1.
bet365 is a solid betting site with particularly good coverage of European/International markets, great deposits and withdrawals, and awesome live betting.
However, the app is poor, the website is bland, and the lack of telephone support does take away from the appeal of this platform.
Therefore, if you’re looking to make bets on mainly European and International sports, bet365 is a great platform to try.
However, if you prefer betting on domestic sports, there are currently better options out there.
bet365 is a widely regarded betting site in countries such as the UK and Mexico. In recent years, the company has started to branch out into the US market.
This begs the question, how does bet365 stack up against other US sportsbooks?
In this review, I will answer this question by closely analyzing every detail of bet365 and coming to a conclusion based on my personal experiences with the platform.

Because of this, you can put your money into the platform without any risk.

From a functional perspective, the bet365 mobile app is as good as it gets.
However, the overall look and feel are very bland, and a redesign definitely wouldn’t hurt.
Look and feel
The bet365 mobile app sports a very simple design, using a gray backdrop and green and white font. It doesn’t look bad by any means, but you can tell bet365 has played it safe.
The design doesn’t stand out in the market, and I’d even go as far as to say that it can look boring at times.
Nevertheless, navigation is extremely easy thanks to handy menus at the top of the screen. These menus also look professional thanks to high-quality icons.

Making a bet through bet365’s mobile app is very easy.
Just follow these steps:

Search the event that you’d like to place a bet on through the search bar or market menu
Select the wager type you’d like to make
Select the amount you’d like to wager
Confirm by pressing the ‘Place Bet’ button
User experience
My overall experience with bet365’s mobile app was generally positive, although not perfect.
The biggest issue I have with the mobile app is how it looks. The whole thing just looks a bit safe and boring, and at times even unfinished.
A small pop of color or a more interactive home screen certainly wouldn’t go amiss.
But, if you can get past the bland looks, then you’ll find that the actual functionality of the mobile app is sublime.
The menus are easy to use and help to break down the large selection of markets into smaller chunks.
Placing a bet also couldn’t be simpler, and even if you’ve never placed a bet before, you shouldn’t find the process very confusing.
Finally, the actual performance of the mobile app was very good. Although some users have reported bugs and crashes, my experience was very smooth.

However, it’s let down by comparatively poor navigation.

Look and feel
The website is pretty much a carbon copy of bet365’s mobile app.
This is a great thing because it makes swapping between the app and website much easier.
And, many users will probably prefer the website due to the added screen space, which makes everything a little bit clearer.
However, because it’s so similar, the website also suffers the same problem of feeling a bit bland.
User experience
Unfortunately, my experience with bet365’s website was a lot worse than with its mobile app.
A large reason for this was the poor navigation. The website does not feature a search bar, which makes it extremely difficult to find more niche markets and obscure wagers.
This difficulty severely abstracts the overall user experience, as finding the right market can feel like more effort than it’s worth.
On the plus side, the website handled excellently, and I never had to refresh a page or wait for the website to catch up with the live market.

bet365’s range of deposit and withdrawal methods is near-perfect, and the only flaw I could find was the lack of crypto payment options.

The minimum deposit for all of these payment methods is very low at just $10. This means that even if you only bet with smaller amounts, you’ll be able to use bet365 without an issue.
Deposits occur instantly too, allowing you to transfer money to your account in a matter of seconds.
The maximum deposit, on the other hand, is extremely high at $30,000! This means that you’ll never be short of the ability to put funds into your account.
Furthermore, all of the above deposit methods are completely free to make, so what you deposit will be yours to play with.
The only addition I would like to see is acceptance of crypto payment methods.
More and more people are beginning to use crypto wallets for everyday transactions, and it would be great to see bet365 implement this in the future.

This might sound pretty slow, but it’s actually on par with the market average. The minimum withdrawal amount is fixed at $10.

Plus, with roots in the UK, plenty of international sports are also covered in great detail.

bet365 has excellent coverage of the four major US leagues (MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL).
Each market comes with a variety of betting options, including traditional wagers like money lines, as well as more obscure options including half-time bets.
Early payouts are also available for NFL bets, provided your team is winning by at least 17 points.
bet365 also does a pretty good job of covering popular college football and basketball teams.
Pretty much every popular team is featured, and unless you’re looking for something particularly obscure, you won’t be left disappointed.
Other markets
Beyond these major markets, bet365 has a great foothold in other options. Coverage of NASCAR, F1, combat sports, and horse racing, for instance, is all excellent.
Popular European sports are also available in abundance, largely due to the company’s UK roots. You’ll find everything from rugby to darts and of course an immense coverage of soccer.
If your favorite sport does happen to be soccer, then bet365 is probably the best US betting site for you to try.
Even extremely niche sports like Aussie Rules are covered, making bet365 a more diverse platform than competitors such as Caesars.

bet365’s pre-match betting is near perfect.
The selection of markets is great, and the variety of bets available is extensive. However, college football bettors may be left disappointed with the lack of betting variety.
Markets
bet365 offers excellent pre-match coverage for virtually all of its markets.
The coverage of the major US leagues was good, but what impressed me was the depth of coverage for less popular markets such as cricket.
Virtually every semi-popular game is available to bet on, and in terms of sheer variety, few platforms can offer anything near bet365.

You’ll also be surprised at just how many different bets you can make in the pre-match period. Bets cover every scenario, from the winner of a game to the number of yellow cards a player will receive.
You can also bet on much more speculative futures for added risk.
On the subject of risk. bet365 also offers users a Parlay builder, allowing you to stack bets on top of each other for a high-risk, higher reward payout.
The only real issue I’ve found with the selection of bets offered by bet365 is that, for College Football, the variety of bets does fall behind a little.
Coverage of straight bets is excellent, but futures and more obscure options are very limited.

In-play betting is what bet365 is known for.
It pioneered the industry, and as a result, offers one of the best live betting experiences out of any US platform.

bet365’s selection of live markets is genuinely very impressive.
Not only does the site cover a huge variety of sports from around the world, but the selection of bets that you can make is also extensive.
Because bet365 was built with live betting in mind, it’s also fairly easy to make a bet live.
The odds, for instance, update automatically and make it easy to see the potential payout you could receive.
Live streaming
bet365 offers a live streaming service so that you can watch the game unfold and (hopefully) see your bet materialize into a win.
The sports covered vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction but generally include sports like horse racing and European soccer.
The biggest downside with bet365’s streaming service is that it doesn’t provide streaming for some of the bigger US sports like other platforms do.
Caesars, for instance, has a partnership with the NFL and offers users streaming of every game. bet365, on the other hand, has no coverage of a major league.
Alongside its live streaming service, bet365 also offers live game analysis, showing you each team’s biggest strengths and weaknesses as the course of the match unfolds.
This information is not only interesting, but informative, and can help you to make a better live bet in the heat of the game.

Credits: If you make a qualifying bet of at least $5, you will earn $150 in bonus credits
First Bet Coverage: If your first qualifying bet fails, bet365 will cover the amount you wagered up to $1,000
These offers are currently being offered by other betting sites. However, few offer both at once, which makes bet365’s welcome incentive slightly more attractive.
It’s worth mentioning that you cannot choose both welcome incentives, and when you sign up for the platform, you’ll be given the option of one or the other.

To redeem either offer, follow these steps:

Once verified, deposit at least $10 to be eligible for either offer

From my testing, the queues for the live chat are very short, though you may experience some delay during peak hours.
Every agent is also very knowledgeable and happy to walk you through a problem at your own pace.

The biggest problem with bet365’s customer service is its lack of phone support.
If you have a major issue with your account, a simple telephone call can save you so much time and hassle, so it’s a massive shame that bet365 does not offer this service to users.
The other way to contact a customer support assistant is via email. bet365 is known for its quick email replies, and every response is personalized and filled with relevant guidance as well as links to FAQ sections that you may find useful.
