Back in February, OTP told you that Arsenal legend Thierry Henry was planning to build a new London home around a 40ft aquarium centrepiece.
For some reason this exciting news was obviously left off the agenda at the Arsenal Invincibles AGM, so it fell to OTP to inform Robert Pires of his former team-mate’s plans.
Knowing that Pires himself is an aquarium fan, we felt sure he’d approve of his compatriot’s humble abode.
OTP: I actually follow you on Twitter. You went to the aquarium a few days ago…
Robert Pires: Yes.
OTP: I just wanted to tell you about Thierry Henry, your old teammate. He’s building a massive aquarium.
[OTP passes Pires the designs of Henry’s planned aquarium.]
OTP: Look at that. That is Thierry’s new house.
RP: Yeah?!
OTP: He’s going to have a 40ft aquarium. What’s your reaction?
[Pires whistles in astonishment.]
OTP: Do you like it? Thumbs up?
RP: I love fish. Yeah it’s good. A question – does it have sharks or not?
OTP: Oh probably. Would you like to visit?
RP: Yeah. I think so one day, yeah.
OTP: It’s nice isn’t it?
RP: Yes.
