Now I am clearly biased because I consider Zlatan to be a God amongst mere mortals, but is the big man not a little unlucky to be sent off for this kick on the St Etienne goalkeeper?
In PSG’s 2-0 defeat to St Etienne at home Ibrahimovic was red carded for a kick on goalkeeper Stephane Ruffier, but as the video shows, he did clearly have eyes on the ball.
Whilst Ibra is a massive loose cannon, he generally prefers to kick his own team mates. Was the incident any worse than Torres’ high foot last weekend. Or should Torres have gone too?
