Bruno Martins Indi, rumoured to be one of Manchester United’s top two defensive targets, has been involved in a training ground clash with Holland team-mate Arjen Robben.
The Bayern Munich winger was clearly wound-up by the Feyenoord man’s robust challenges during a session with Louis Van Gaal’s World Cup squad.
When a reporter suggested he had seen a bit of needle between the pair during training, Martins Indi replied: “You saw right.”
The 22-year-old went on to accuse his team-mate of diving during the session.
He added: “Arjen is a good dribbler. I thought he fell needlessly once.
“We had a little head-to-head.”
Robben had been rolling around the floor after a strong challenge from behind by Martins Indi.
He was left in a heap again after what he felt was an off-the-ball barge in his back.
And matters came to a head when the pair lashed out at each other during a touchline tangle.
