Video: Spurs youngster Alex Pritchard scores a free-kick for Brentford

Tottenham Hotspur starlet Alex Pritchard has had an excellent season on loan at Championship side Brentford – and it is not over just yet.

The 21-year-old scored a free-kick to break the deadlock in what turned out to be a 3-0 win at home to Wigan Athletic yesterday.

That win, coupled with results going the right way elsewhere, meant that Pritchard on the Bees booked a place in the playoffs.

His deflected effort probably isn’t his most spectacular strike of the season, but it will have capped a memorable day.
