Video: Liverpool signing Danny Ings shows off his skills as a 15-year-old

After Liverpool announced that Burnley striker Danny Ings is set to sign for them on July 1, Sky Sports posted video footage of the England Under-21 international taking part in their Skill Skool feature back in 2008.

The 15-year-old Ings emerged victorious as he went up against fellow Bournemouth youth team player Muzzy Holmes in the skills challenge.

Ings’ gimmick involves taking off his boot mid-trick, before squaring up to Holmes at the end of his routine. He later heads the ball at poor old Muzzy from point-blank range.

But after being declared the winner, the Liverpool new boy ends the video with his shorts round his ankles and some pixelation protecting his modesty.
