Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho are the two Premier League nominations for the FIFA Coach of the Year award.

The long-time rivals are the only representatives from English clubs on the 10-strong shortlist.

Wenger won the FA Cup, took the Gunners to the Champions League round-of-16 and finished third in the Premier League last season. But his side would top a league table for the 2015 calendar year.

Mourinho’s Chelsea won the Premier League and Capital One Cup last season, and reached the Champions League round-of-16.

They are joined among the nominees by former Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti, Paris Saint-Germain coach Laurent Blanc, Bayern Munich’s Pep Guardiola and Atletico Madrid’s Diego Simeone.

Massimiliano Allegri, who took Juventus to the Serie A title and the Champions League final, Sevilla’s Europa League-winning Unai Emery and Jorge Sampaoli, who guided Chile to a first ever Copa America title, are also nominated.

But the favourite for the award is Luis Enrique. He secured a Champions League, La Liga and Copa Del Rey treble during his first season in charge at Camp Nou.
