Defeat at Bournemouth would have been disconcerting enough for Manchester United fans, even if the Cherries weren’t be cheered on by a steward who looked exactly like their former manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
The fake Fergie was situated just over the shoulder of Cherries boss Eddie Howe during yesterday’s 2-1 home win at the Vitality Stadium.
That threw up some interesting images of Howe urging his team on with what appeared to be Ferguson also offering his support just behind him.
