Video: Chelsea old boy Ramires and Liverpool target Alex Teixeira make their debuts in China

Two of the Chinese Super League’s biggest imports made their debuts for Jiangsu Suning today.

Former Chelsea midfielder Ramires and ex-Shakhtar Donetsk star Alex Teixeira, who was the subject of a bid from Liverpool in the January transfer window, were both in action for their new side in an AFC Champions League match.

Ramires and Teixeira were unable to inspire their new team to victory. They were held to a 1-1 draw away at Vietnamese champions Binh Duong.
