The 19-year-old has been celebrating his first senior goal for the Gunners with a nasty bout of food poisoning. But he says that is now behind him.
Iwobi said he is feeling ready for Nigeria’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Egypt this Friday.
Being fit to feature in that game could see Iwobi make his first competitive appearance for the Super Eagles and tie his international future to them.
