The 34-year-old is out of contract this summer and has confirmed on Twitter – in typically understated fashion – that will be playing his final home game for French champions PSG this weekend.
United have been consistently credited with interest in Ibrahimovic since it became clear he was likely to leave Parc des Princes this summer. But he is now set to move to Major League Soccer and become team-mates with Steven Gerrard, Ashley Cole, Robbie Keane and Nigel De Jong.
Alciato says United still have a 10 per cent likelihood of bringing him to Old Trafford.
But it is the Galaxy who are reportedly in the box-seat, with the reporter suggesting there is a 90 per cent chance Ibrahimovic will sign for them.
