Here is the early team news ahead of this evening’s Champions League final between Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool

Tottenham team news

Star striker Harry Kane insists he is ready to go, but it remains to be seen whether he will be risked from the start having been sidelined since sustaining ankle ligament damage in the semi-final first leg against Manchester City.

Davinson Sanchez (thigh), Danny Rose (hamstring), Jan Vertonghen (ankle), Harry Winks (groin) and Dele Alli (muscle injury) are all believed to have shaken off their injuries in the period since the end of the Premier League season.

Liverpool team news

Roberto Firmino is set to start for Liverpool, despite missing their last three games.

The Brazil international aggravated a muscle injury in the semi-final first leg defeat at Barcelona, which forced him out of the second leg and Premier League games against Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Manager Jurgen Klopp declared Firmino fit, but refused to confirm whether he will start.

Midfielder Naby Keita has failed to shake off the injury he sustained at Camp Nou and is out.

Left-back Andy Robertson is not feeling any last effects from his calf injury and is available.
